Velociti has launched the third generation of its Velogic dashboard, a single portal where fleets can monitor how their connected technology is performing, track repairs and manage hardware inventory, according to Truck News.
The dashboard works alongside VeloCare, Velociti's managed services program, which monitors connected fleet technology and provides technical support and repairs. The new interface brings technology health, project status and inventory information together, giving customers around-the-clock visibility into their systems.
From waiting for failures to catching them
VeloCare uses real-time data from Velociti's technology partners to spot equipment problems. When an issue meets predetermined business rules, the system opens a service ticket automatically, which triggers remote troubleshooting or a field repair as needed.
"Technology is great and for the most part, reliable but things happen and it only delivers value when it is working," said Ryan Powell, Velociti's executive vice president of strategic partnerships. He said VeloCare is meant to find and fix issues "rather than waiting for someone to discover a problem."
Velociti says VeloCare customers see an average 27% improvement in overall technology uptime, along with shorter repair times. The company did not publish the methodology, baseline or time period behind the figure.
An AI agent for fleet technology questions
The new version adds an AI agent that lets users ask questions about their technology systems and pull information directly from the portal, instead of navigating screens to find it. Velociti has not shared details about how the agent works.
Rollout
Velociti expects to begin rolling out the dashboard to existing customers in the fourth quarter of 2026, with new customers getting access in the first quarter of 2027. It will be available to all Velociti and VeloCare customers.
